DESCRIPTION
Welcome to my TOTAL CHAIR series! These workouts are designed for anyone who can only do seated workouts. They can be done by people who can use both their upper and lower body but have problems with joints or, for people who cannot use their legs, just the upper body portion can be used. They are perfect for seniors or anyone suffering with arthritis. Although they are seated, they are highly effective fat loss and muscle building workouts that will make you sweat and burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.

This 15 minute Total Chair Kick Boxing inspired workout is a fun, all seated, cardio workout with lots of variety! The exercises change every 40 seconds with 10 seconds recovery. Use optional light hand weights to increase the arm work with your punches. There are easier modifications shown throughout and also examples of upper body only modifications! Get ready to sweat!
