Love the video. Thanks. But I have a quick question - when doing the pigeon pose does the front knee have to be at a 90 deg angle? I can't seem to keep it there, mine is more of a 45 deg angle. Am I doing something wrong?

I love your routines and teaching style, but that loud ad at minute 8 was very distracting in a relaxing evening stretch. Maybe I'll get used to it, now that I know it is coming.

Disappointingly, I found this too fast for me when I am just starting yoga, trying to manage injuries/tightness, and while trying to hold the correct pose.
