Hey guys! How's your day going? If you're looking for some inspiration on how to do this, Try going for 2-3 rounds today. The next part will be dropping at the same time tomorrow (do that 3 times as well) and then do the last one on Sunday for 3 rounds to complete the weekend AB circuit. After that, you can always do all three different ones in one day for a full AB Workout every 2 to 3 days :)

I did one of your other abs workout for 1-2 months, but somehow it wasn't as effective for me. Mainly because I've struggled with this quite a bit. At first, there were a few seconds of rest in some exercises, but now I succeeded in the 2nd run. It's a very good exercise, my favorite along with your other (lower abs) workout.
