I have a blue house with a blue window
Blue is the color of all that I wear
Blue are the streets and all the trees are too
I have a girlfriend and she is so blue
Blue are the people here that walk around
Blue like my Corvette, it's in and outside
Blue are the words I say and what I think
Blue are the feelings that live inside me

Yes!!! We need these videos to be more visible to the online audience.

Too many people go vegan and get thiggs wrong and the BIGGEST concerns for the vegan movement I have witnessed is the problem with our current general doctors in our areas that tell us we need meat etc. We need more of these videos to stop people especially vegans for falling for this notion that only some people can go vegan or that every bodies body is different or that some peoples health is not good enough to handle a vegan diet.

I have asked many eaters why they won't go vegan and the most common answers are always concerns for health. In my experience.

This was very helpful, but can I just ask a serious question (without being criticised as I am only new to this way of eating). I just have confusion around the supplements (I understand why b12), but if the WFPB diet is considered the healthiest then I am just wondering why supplements are required? Is this just in case? Or is it because no matter how well planned the diet is, there are some nutrients that we will fall short on? I am not trying to upset anyone with this question, but it is a question I have had for some time. I have seen dramatic improvements in the level of inflammation in my body by being WFPB so I am totally convinced of its benefits...it is just the supplements that are bothering me. Does this mean the diet is lacking? Thanks!

Great advice! We’ve been long term vegan, and we could still learn from these tips to improve our health. Thank you Dr and PBN!

I am very gassy and bloated on my plant based. If I eat in the morning, I will be bloated by lunch and it's only a few bananas a protein shake and some nuts.

This was actually one of the best videos you have shared. Well done. No pseudo-science or bullshit at all. Just good quality and practical evidence based advice!

I was listening to an interview Chef AJ conducted with Dr Will Bulsiewicz, also a plant-based gastroenterologist. He mentioned that different gut bacteria actually prefer specific plant foods, a major reason why our guts like a very varied plant-based diet. I found that quite fascinating.

How about fermented fruit and vegetables? - natural prebiotics and probiotics. That's just what I discovered and is saving my guts. I cannot express enough.

40 grams of fiber on WFPB diet? I barely eat 2000 calories (not enough obviously) and my fiber intake is 65 grams a day! After 6 months of eating this way my gut still can't get used to it and it feels horrible. That's the reason I eat so few calories, I'm a thing guy and I need much more food than that to maintain my weight. I wish I get 40 grams of fiber, but that's impossible
