Today we are powering through 8 different dumbbell supersets to get in a total body strength workout! This strength training circuit uses weights to target every major muscle group to get in that full body workout. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to stay in control of your form and execute quality reps. 2 Sets of each superset to get through - let's go team!!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
Superset 1 (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)

- Stiff Legged Deadlift

- Bent over Row

- Reverse Lunges
- Sumo Squats

- Mountain Climbers

Been working out with Heather for 6 months now, I also tried to find other trainers just to switch things up but had to stop because I found most workouts difficult to do, I would find myself wasting time trying to get the move right without doing any work. Heather's moves are simple and yet effective, I drip in sweat all the time and burn massive calories! My entire body is toned and I lost inches on my waist. Thank you Heather! 😜

Honestly this was the best full body workout I have ever done. I really love how you split the workouts into supersets because I feel like it helps me focus more on my form and getting the most out of the workout. Thank you Heather for these amazing workouts ❤️

Thank you for continuing to bring awesome workouts. I am recovering from shoulder surgery in October and just recently started to do strength workouts. I appreciate how you do slower sets that are done correctly. It's been so great getting back into the groove and you have helped me with that transition.
