Doing this here in about an hour! I weighed 198, the largest I had ever been in my life. I decided to start working out about 2 & 1/2 months ago. I am down to 181! Thank you for keeping us motivated! ❤️

hi it's me again! this must be one of your top three hardest workouts. so useful! after 20 mins you are like ok this is good, after 30 mins you check again and how much damn longer and that is when your mental strength kicks in. at 45 you feel proud and sweatazing!

I've been in a funk this past week. Just doing 15-20 minutes of exercise has been challenging after working 10+ hour days. Needless to say, I feel behind on my routine of self-care. Finished this morning, and realized I really needed it. Great combination of cardio and strength. Thank you Heather and everyone on the Facebook group page who continues to inspire and motivate. Ok, I have just literally finished this workout and after over a year now of exercising only with Heather, can honestly say that this training was very very challenging for me 🙈 But I did it and I am super proud of myself! Thank you Heather for challenging and surprising my body all the time!!! ❤

I loved focusing on one side at a time and really feeling that side work, especially my weaker left side... .except for those pop lunges at the end! YOUCH!!

Why anyone would give this a thumbs down is beyond me. It's a gret workout. This was one of the very few times I struggled with an exercise - the pop lunge. Ouch! I was up late last night, so maybe I was tired but it was a pretty intense workout. Thanks, Heather! You rock!
