Super sweaty + super strong = supersets!!! We have got a full body no repeat strength workout to help you build muscle and definition in a quick and effective training session! Supersets are a great way to build muscle in a short amount of time!

I loved this workout! The no-repeat format made the time fly, but the burn and shake were definitely apparent!! We mix things up this workout with our exercise box, booty bands, and ankle weights! If you don’t have something, that’s ok, I’ll have modifications too! The only thing you need is your dumbbells!

Workout Structure
- 16 total supersets
- No repeat training format
- Work: 45 seconds
- Rest after supersets: 30 seconds

When I see Superset I know to line my weights up so I can drop fast if I need. Oooooh we are pushing to failure! 🔥 Those overhead triceps after the dips?!?!? HELLO!

She popped up on my Google news feed and so I decided to look at her page and then decided to do a workout to see how I'd feel and I loved it and love her too!! I workout with Sydney Cummings and I love the strength training but the convenience of 30 minutes when I've just gotten off work and only have that to spare, is awesome!!
