I've done this workout once a week along with other workouts with different trainers since January and have lost 50 pounds - it's one of my favs for strength days. Such a gooder. Thank you Kelli 😊

My body tends to gain and lose weight so fast.2 weeks ago I noticed am overweight and decided to try out your workouts.I feel so strong and full of energy.I work out five times a week then rest for two days.Usually, i do strength training 3 times a week and 2 HIIT exercises. I also eat clean. have already lost 6 lbs.More than motivated to continue with my fitness journey of making my body stronger.

Dear Kelli and Daniel, I have been doing your vids for almost a yr now, combined with running and clean eating.. Ive lost most of my weight and have gained muscle mass. I feel great about it, my favs are "drop it like a squat", "tank top arms round 2" and "10 mins abs with daniel" - Thanks for all the hard work you put into FB.!

I forgot how much I love your videos. After having my twins I definitely need to strengthen my whole body again. I lost all my baby weight after my first child thanks to these great/short workout videos. I'm planning on doing the same again starting today. Thanks Kelli!

Kelli included all my favorite exercises in this routine which happened to be very effective at the same time so I ended up getting a great workout and having fun for 24 minutes! Thanks a lot, Kelli!

I remember when I first did this workout. I could only use 3 and 8 pound weights for these exercises. Now, I just bought a pair of 10's and 15's.

Another amazing workout. Fitness blender is one of my favourite workout channels on YouTube. I’ve been using these videos to exercise since I was 16- I’m 24 now and 8 years later, the structure of your workouts and the exercises included are STILL superior.
