Meditation For Self Healing Your Heart Chakra

During this guided visualisation meditation you will give your heart chakra a self healing cleanse using your breath and the element of air to help you to live with unconditional love, forgiveness, and compassion. This meditation is best done in a seated position.

MY EQUIPMENT:
The good thing with a bolster is that it is so versatile. You can straddle it, or sit cross legged with your bottom on top and your legs folding down (this greatly reduces the fold around your pelvis when in a seated position!). In a lying meditation you can put the bolster under your knees, or in a relaxation meditation you can lie length ways across the bolster allowing your shoulders to drop back.
I really enjoy using a bolster, and it is very handy if you are meditating often, however, a folded blanket or sitting on a chair will always suffice too.
