15 Min Lower Body Stretch Routine (Low Back, Glutes & Hamstrings)

Join me into this lower body stretch routine that will help to relieve tightness and tension, within the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. This routine will consist of deep stretching position holds that can be done as a cool down or recovery after a training session. We will go through 5 different stretching exercises for each particular body part. Feel free to pause the video if needed and be sure to go at your own pace.

How many days a week do you usually stretch?

I'm gonna try this one today.
Usually I only do 30 seconds per stretch but since I started mixing weights into my calisthenics routine I feel much more muscle stiffness.

If I had a better back, I would’ve stayed in judo. But I’ll relearn boxing again from scratch. And also, I gotta try some of these stretches

I love these bro. The first two exercises actually didn’t feel good lol. Gonna switch my stretch routine focus more on deep squatting and cosack lunges.
