Love when you said “do boat pose like a normal person!” Thanks for that. I was not feeling normal until then. Ha! Also is it “normal” that I can’t go from low boat back up without pushing myself?

Just finished Day 5 for a second time around. Doing the series again. Turned two family members onto yoga who had never practiced! My husband said I will never do yoga and now he has a practice!

In my case length and time comes by itself. I never exercise with the video, instead, I watch it a couple of times, then write down the Asana sequence, and then start totally concentrating on myself also trying to remember your comments. That works best form me. Sometimes I do a minute or two longer, but it also happens that I am a couple of minutes "faster". It all depends on my individual rythm which also changes.

I am still with you. I completed day 4 and 5 today. I am truthful to my body and its limitations. I am probably 50 years older than Stacy, however, this grandma kept pace! Thank you.

Day 3, I am in! I cant go to classes now- in lockdown and it is so challenging for me to motivate myself to do yoga on my own. This challenge is just what I needed at the perfect time. My body feels so much better when I have a regular practice. 30 minutes a day is perfect, Thank you!

Day 5 done and I loved the longer time of this one. I always love when you use Stacy. She has such great form and it's nice to slow down through the movements to really feel the body and how it should be moving properly. I especially loved how you explained the backbend showing how Stacy's lower back had such a nice curve. Thank you!!!
