Stopping the schedule to learn how to improve one’s learning; trading that off for keeping up the pace, was hard for me to do too. At least I had the experience of doing it hard, at the end, learning more about myself.

Is like connecting the dots eveyone has other dots to connect so its completly normal is doing a plans for your environment i mean your study place what is around you

But doing s shedule not with concrete time to do but the estimated with daily ruitines always estimated

Cant do at the moment in life is a lot of

Random events called shoping cleaning taking care of something and you need with that pute the study time what you got


And then make a shedule with

(Estimated time with eating bath go out to someone sleeping)

The thing which I want to do or say want to go is gym other than studying but I spend most of the time on study. Does going to gym gonna help me in studying for long run of 7-8 months ???

There is no way you can stay up more than a couple days in a row with 4 hours of sleep. After just one night of 4 hours of sleep you get much less out of studying and attention
