This back static stretching routine is to be done after your back workout. Control your breathing and focus on stretching out the back muscles as a cool down. Static stretching helps increase circulation to the muscle that is being stretched. By doing this, we can enhance muscle recovery and decrease delayed onset muscle soreness. If you are experiencing back pain, I recommend this as well for relief. Stretching also increases flexibility, improves range of motion, and so much more. If you don't already static stretch after you exercise, I highly suggest you start to. These stretching exercises take only 5 minutes to do. Cool down that back with these static back stretches and reap the benefits!

I had severe back pain, couldn’t figure out why, tried a chiropractor, tried a doctor. Chiropractor didn’t help. Doctor tried telling me nothing was wrong. Figured I’d give stretching a try fell upon your videos and it completely changed my life. I use this every single day even if I don’t work out my back that day. I work in construction so on my rest days after work after being on a ladder all day this feels amazing as well. Thank you!!!

I’m 19. Always had neck pain my entire life while trying to sleep. Thought it was my shitty mattress. Turns out I needed to stretch. Thanks a lot man.
