Keep your health and fitness on track when on holiday!

In this video I take you through a 5-minute Static Stretching Exercise for the whole body to complete post-workout to help lengthen muscles and aid recovery.

Ensure you hold each stretch for minimum 15-20 seconds.

Stretch #2 is my favorite but it's rough trying to do it after recovering from a hyper extension

Awesome! I've been doing that elbow fold stretch while grabbing the elbow for years, and never felt anything!

Thanks for this one! It really burned :)
Some of the stretches were hell, others i hardly felt till the last few seconds, but then only a bit

Ill try to incorporate this after my 5 min warmup :)
