5 FOOT STRETCHES for Foot and Ankle Mobility

Our feet and ankles are our foundation. Immobility or instability there can lead to movement compensations up our entire body.

And even though that ankle sprain or plantar fasciitis may now not “hurt,” we can never stop doing what made us better.

And if we never did rehab and just rested till it didn’t hurt?

Well that injury could have altered our recruitment patterns or how we use muscles during movements, which could be why we’ve ended up with hip or even lower back pain years later!

That’s why it is key we include proper mobility and stability moves for our foundation in our workout routines!

Fantastic video!! I had a foot injury/surgery last year and am still left with some ankle & hip issues that physical therapy did not address. Your glute activation exercises have helped my hip issues tremendously - they are almost totally gone. Can’t wait to see how I respond to the exercises in this video. Thank you for all you do!! <3
