You keep telling us about back pain but you’re not telling us how we can get rid of it and what we should do should we go and see her GP is that if you get into CGP these days or shall we just sit and suffer now you’re telling me not to take drugs painkillers well I’m supposed to do sit in pain don’t find you people very helpful tell us all about the symptoms but what we gonna do about it that’s what I wanna know what can we do about it go and see the GP have an x-ray what is it x-rayed colours I’ve got back pain across the back when I get up it hurts when I walk alright when I sit down I hope Steph wears off for walk walkI’m gonna sit down too long ago Stephy Qi stiff again so what is going on I like to do the symptoms are like to know what is actually going off thank you see if you could give me a honey help

Bottom line is that everyone over 25 should be stretching for at least 10 minutes a day. Tight hammys and glutes are the common triggers.
