Finally got around to this one. Thanks for a chiller idea here and there. Also, not a fan of all the music on this channel, but this music was amazing for this workout. I love electronic music, but those high pitched singing ones hurt my sensibility and distract like crazy. Just a note. I really appreciated this workout...thank you to you both!

Hey, Oliver! I love your workouts but I have some feedback to you. When you have tips for a particular exercise, could add some voice over saying what's on the screen? Especially for floor movements when I'm usually not looking at the screen, it would be nice to know if there's something I should pay attention to. Cheers!

I could not do whole exercise 😵 it's a killer, especially belly parts. I lost 17 kg but another 20 to go. I'll come back for this exercise and try again! Love your workouts, thank you very much!
