The recommended power supply for RX 6600 XT is 500w. Plus, you need to figure in the power draw of all the components of the build and over provision for power spikes under load. So I'd go with 550w minimum, if not 600w.

As an avid gamer, would not recommend getting a 650 watt psu, i will always recommend getting at least 150 watts more than what you need, I run a 2060, 32 gb of ram and a 3800x, I should only need about 600 watts for all those parts, but I have a 850watt psu, and I have never had issues regarding power to the board, I could plug 224gb more ram or a 4080 into it and still not have an issue with power, I am upgrading relatively soon and this time I am going for a 1200W psu to support a 7800x3d and a 4070ti

I do think 450 watts is enough. I'd confidently say it can do up to, at least, a 4070 ti with the 12400f even when stress testing both of them at once.

If you're a 1080p gamer, go for
RTX 3060 12GB
Or
RX 6600/6650 XT

If you're a 2k res gamer, go for
RTX 3060TI/3070 (but these shids only comes with 8GB)
Or
RX 6700XT/6750 XT

I have a new build Ryzen 7 5800X & RX 6700XT, just trying to figure out what motherboard and 850W PSU to get. most likely a b550 one, looking at the Asus Strix B550-F one
