I'm really routing for Intel, they are on the right path when it comes to price-performance and technology.
Nvidia is a complete lost cause when it comes to low-end/midrange cards, especially regarding VRAM limitations and AMD is lacking in the technology department e.g. raytracing/machine learning supersampling.

This B580 is a game changer. It has tonnes of features, great amount of memory with decent bus at 192- bits. Battlemage looks to be a massive improvement compared to Intel's first GPUs. It is a much more efficient card and sometimes performs much better than its competition - bus size must help. The drivers will keep improving, plus you can OC these cards (from what I hear). Conclusion - ready for mainstream, great buy for AI content producers and a must for PC enthusiasts.

Imagine having a GTX580, and holding on to it as long as possible THEN upgrading to an RX-580, THEN holding on to that as long as possible then Upgrading to an Arc B580.
