I just finished & I feel great! I workout every school day in my basketball class, but this weekend I have told myself I will do one of these every day of the weekend, hope I keep up with it.

I was wondering what other excercises there were other than situps and crunches, and this is so fun to do and i love the count down on the side!! Also having this video on while i am doing it, it feels like i have company! I love it!!!♥♥♥♥

Since I had plenty of time during the vacation, I did this exercise two times a day for 3 days straight. And it already shows little bit of result on my belly!!! Thanx a lot!!!!

I love these videos!!!! I have been looking for something to challenge myself and these are perfect :) I was wondering if you could suggest a video for building glute muscles? I have recently lost about 70 lbs after having my son but my butt isnt as round as it used to be and I'd love to get that back.
