My wonderful woman is from Inukjuaq. She gets Caribou sent all the time to us here in Montreal from her family. I had a way too delicious steak from Caribou a few weeks ago so I'm guessing this recipe will be amazing. Thanks for the upload! Whats the best way to cook with a bone in? My family tends to boil it and just pick off the bone with lard and salt. Lol. But me being an at home chef id like to try something new, but dont wanna ruin it as its hard to get caribou sent down when all the family fights for it lol
