I like to put them whole in the pan, this way you get nice white strips in the finished product, and it's always nice to skip a step.

I personally like doing it over high heat bc it just takes approximately 10 seconds for them to be done xD still creamy if you time it right and you get those nice ribbons in the eggs.

I tried sm new and added melted butter to the mixed raw eggs THEN cooked them and they came out pretty good!
