When I was home alone as a kid, I tried to make rice and I stumbled upon greatness. I made one cup of rice a half a can of cream of celery, cheese, and Hot sauce. Still my favourite comfort food

In Brazil we always do rice that way. We love rice, specially cooked.

I always do 10, 10, 10

10 minutes until it boils, 10 minutes on low and then I let it rest for 10.
Love the way it comes out. I always use Basmati btw


...and yeah, wash your rice. ;-)
