i like how this advice is different from most other 'self improvement' videos strictly discussing almost robotic like routines or tips. (not that its necessarily bad, but just not something i find works for me). This one seems reasonable and its a basic foundation for other self improvement advice, and happy living in general, that branches out from this one, at least in my opinion. Thanks for sharing!
