What she told in this video :
1.Before going to bed write 10 positive things that happened in a day in your life. This habit helps your subconscious mind.
2. To improve focus, look at something that is aesthetic .It can be a flower, Lord Krishna's image or image of a baby, think about it for deep, it will impact you with positivity .
3.Remove gadgets from your side few hours before you sleep .

this is really very thoughtful, when i sat down to list down the positive points i was hardly able to find any, that is when i wondered that my mind is now attracting something which is really harmful in a long run. One needs to find positivity in every situation and move on. listing those small points will at least keep your mind away from negativity and keep you more energetic and free, like a free soul! :) i am thankful to you Ma'am.
