How to say no to a client

Saying no is hard. But saying no to potential business is even harder. Especially when you're starting off and every penny counts. Here's what happened when I said no to a potential client.

I said no to my first potential client during the training. I tried it hard but I just had to be honest and said no. He/She didn't understand it at the beginning and felt bad but as you said, I put him/her in touch with someone else and now it's better. Thanks Mark!
