Thanks for this. I have social anxiety and autism which makes it very difficult to say no to doing favors or giving away something of mine. This habit has led me to severe financial instability and hundreds of dollars given away because of guilt. Keep in mind that the people who really care about you will not dislike you or feel let down because you declined a favor. You don’t owe anyone anything free. ❤️

Thanks! I am not a big fan of physical touch, and I have to turn down one of my friends who’s only way to show affection is physical touch and I have a really hard time saying no on anything but I’m gonna try some of these later

We need Arabic based ideas ' the language is so rich, if i said any of them to my friend at work.. We are no longer friends 😅. So technically you have to let them down sometimes
