This upper body workout is perfect to work your entire upper body including shoulders, arms, back & chest. It will definitely give you a better posture, more upper & lower back muscles and strength in your whole core. I used 5 kg each dumbell but you can also do less or more if you want. Combine it with my other upper body workouts for better results.

I always enjoy your workouts. This one was a good addition to the end of a longer workout that I did. The only thing I wish was that there was a little bit of a timer between exercises to allow you to get set up so you don’t miss time exercising. So instead of a 10 minute video, I would’ve preferred maybe a 12 minute video with five or 10 seconds between exercises.
