Hey Bullyjuice I wanted to say thank you for the videos man. I'm 24, have arthritis in both of my knees and elbows, had a lower back injury 3 years ago which led to a neurological problem and caused my nervous system to get all fucked up from my waist down. Note to everyone: if you're doing this workout in your room, dont just copy BullyJuice with his backflip.. nearly broke my back.

I have a torn rotator cuff but you have been an inspiration to me so soon as I heal I'm going to jump on your routine you have some of the best workouts they're not hard to do but very effective and I like that you keep it simple no extra movements involved only movement that is beneficial for gaining muscle and strength I need to look into your diet plan don't know if you have one or not but I hope so I really need one

I like this. Because it’s for the athletic type that can do whatever. But just needs the push; motivation, and consistency. And you provide it all. To get to the desired body type. Just hope I don’t play too much basketball which burns too many calories for me and puts me in a deficit vs a surplus. Plus I can get tired of eating real quick. So your high calorie smoothie really helps also instead of Mass Gainer supplements that may be unhealthy.

This is my first time following this workout and no lie I was getting upset with how many push-ups this dude was doing. But when I saw that he was also hurting but moving forward despite the pain it helped me realize if he can push through so could I. Thanks and keep it going 👍🏾
