Just completed day 2 of the new dumbell workout challenge and decided to do this stretch routine after. That leg workout got me sweating like crazy and got my muscles shaking. I felt like giving up, but in the end I pushed through and completed this workout like a true OG bully. I'm 15 years old and have been working out with my favorite virtual trainer for over 2 years now. Thanks to Bullyjuice, I've improved myself and my life in so many ways. Thank you Bullyjuice! You have truly inspired me to become strong and healthy just like you. I will continue to improve myself everyday! And to everyone who reads this, remember that everything is possible, you just gotta believe. hey mr bullyjuice and i found one of ur workout videos and did one of ur workout videos with no equipment a year ago or more and i just did 2 of ur workout videos with the 20:32 and the 5 minute chest workout and was going to do the third video but am going to do that close to my bedtime and i just wanted to say ty sir and also if u haven't already if you could have the narration voice software or app have it said 30 seconds break or break time cause one of the videos that was 20 mintues and 32 seconds i didn't know had changed mid workout in terms of the 30 seconds in between the rest and workouts
