I love listening to you late at night while I'm about to sleep. This video came in the right time. I dated a man for a few weeks 10 years older than me, just right after I ended a 10 year relationship with my ex. This man was everything I wanted in a partner. He was so ethereal. Ambition, drive, perfect on paper, you name it. Turns out, his ambition was what I wanted for myself. His traits were what I wanted for me, traits that I buried away when I was being inauthentic and people pleasing my ex.

I'm learning how to come back to me, and I'm learning how to clean my wounds.

Just because you have unhealed wounds doesn’t mean you can’t have love… hell maybe you are already in a relationship. There are plenty of folks with a lover or relationship that aren’t completely healed. Sometimes that addition will allow you to heal. As long as you are willing to see it, work on it and heal it is what matters. It may be innocuous but telling anyone they must be fully healed to have something is a misjudgment. We will always be fracturing and repairing. As long as you are open and looking for ways to resolve it then you are worthy of love. But I still think Maleeka’s video is relevant, “see what is inside, become aware of your actions”

I have never felt more seen in my entire life. This might have just changed the way I move through world. It's 12:17 am where I am. I have had a fight with my boyfriend about how his coldness has been effecting me. Although I follow your channel all the time, somehow I missed watching this video. In order to cope with the no contact we have today, I went through your Instagram threads and you posted this a while ago. I am in shock. I have been struggling with feeling the true love on a deep level for a few months now(thanks to mercury retrograde) it's been challenging to say the least. This has opened my eyes truly. I really adored my ex. E was smart, witty, handy, funny, had a bad short temper/anger issues. I still like him but that just turned me off. I couldn't get into him. I like his personality but I just couldn't get comfortable with the uncertainty of his anger issues. I will say that he was NOT my normal go to type. He was very much different. Almost had perfection in a guy....maybe next time or maybe he will change. I really like him. He was 100% all about me. It was amazing having somebody that was all into me. I assume his anger goes away and he comes back
