5:48 as a former nursing student, basically YES! Increasing Oxygen 9(O2) and expressing CO2. Low O2 (hypoxia) can cause symptoms similar to anxiety (increased heart rate, shortness of breath). Similarly High CO2 can make it hard to concentrate, make you tired, short of breath/rapid breathing. So deep breathing exercises like this one are PERFECT for both scenarios, as it helps to regulate and rebalance both of those levels (yes you need both in your body, just not too muchor too little 😊)

Happy New Years 🎉.
1) 7-9 hours sleep
2) 10K steps a day minus time on treadmill (or other cardio session)
3) Get back on the milk jug of water
4) Read 5 -10 pages a day
5) Brush teeth immediately after last meal
6) Stretch everyday (part of calesthenics)
7) worship music alongside Bible in the morning and night
Have to revisit the rest

when you said you miss a day and you're not gonna do it anymore I hardcore related to this as its the first week of new year, and I'm trying to make myself a priority. I'm trying to take care of myself, and even though its hard, I'm going to keep trying

5. 5-10 minutes of stretching
6. Box breathing
7. Positive self-talk
8. Listen to positive music

12. Sleeping for 8 hours
