Lately I've been doing a lot of things you reccomend in your videos before i even found your channel, and i think incorporating more of what you said could really lead to improvements in many aspects of life, these are what i would call small secrets of great masters, implementing 1-2 at a time, slowly until it becomes a natural action and not even a thought process, and then you get on to a new small skill/habit, slowly improving, not putting more on your plate than you can chew - and then feel bad about not managing it all. learn to prioritize, do that stuff asap, dont force and stress yourself to do it super early, but don't wait for the last minute either.
Dear reader, if it's 2-3 AM, please go to sleep
