Try this short but insanely efficient full-body kettlebell complex when you are short on time.

Do 5 sets of:

5 Gorilla Pushups
5 Deadlifts
5 Bent Over Rows
5 Double Kettlebell Swings
5 Front Squats
5 Overhead Presses

Five sets of this kettlebell flow is 150 intense reps that target the whole body. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes in the comments, including the weight you used!

Pick a weight that is light enough you can do one set straight through, but heavy enough that you can't do two sets in a row. I'm using two 24kg kettlebells here (53 pounds), which is a tough challenge to go much more than one hard set. Try to complete each set in 60 seconds, and then rest 60 seconds to recover between sets. This gives you a great balance of both strength and endurance training.

Kettlebell training, popularized by Pavel Tsatsouline, are a great way to increase the efficiency of your workouts, so you don't have to spend your whole life in the gym to get results.
