I did this after one of your full-body sessions. It felt a-mazing! “rounded shoulders, slouched posture, and a desk job with long hours at the computer” is unfortunately an accurate description of me. This is definitely a stretch sess I will repeat regularly. Thank u!

I struggle with both tight pecs and shoulder tendonitis would just lying on a towel with arms by sides help open up my pecs without impacting the shoulders too much
