This technique reminds me of the technique Geiko/Maiko used when applying their blush!!! They apply the pink blush on the center of their faces and cheeks, then apply the iconic white face paint after. Beautiful!!

I watched the bts of a vogue photoshoot where they did this! They used a deep maroon/berry color where people naturally blush. So natural and beautiful! 😍
