3:10 it's funny you actually explained how to do it. I first saw this stretch from Chloe and my brain didn't comprehend what goes which way. I love this stretch, but I had to watch and pause her video so many times until I got it right.

Really nice stretches there mate. Do you think there's any benefit in searching for knots or trigger points in the piriformis using a massage ball?

Perfect for my husband. Poor man crippled his piriformis trying to run with me 2 last year. It still bothers him now and then. I will show him this exercises as well. He doesn't even go to sleep without his physio exercises. Thank you!
