Nice video, I like the simple, clear language and delivery used to help viewers catch your points...

Just one thing to add for people who are currently training in call centers right now, Particulary for UK & Aus centers.

The customer is going to need PROOF of listening in order to relax and trust you. Instead of saying I can help you with THAT, THIS, ISSUE etc., listen for the key- subject words that the customer is stressing on and use those in your response. E.g- " I can help you check your BILL", Or 'I'll help you change your ADDRESS" Etc.

This will avoid repetition loops on both sides and avoid both parties getting frustrated with each other.
I worked for 15 years as a coms trainer in asian call centers, If trainees can develop this habbit, they are going to do really well, really fast.

I work in a call center for Asset Retrievals, such as cell phones, cable equipment and so forth.Been there for almost five years. I do inbound and outbound calls. Not the most easiest job I have ever had. Lot of unhappy people. Right now I am trying to figure out how to bring my After Call work down. You make it sound so easy.
