Do you have examples of Calvinists claiming that the "that" only refers to "faith"?

The argument I always hear is in line with what you are saying; the whole of salvation by grace through faith is what is referenced by the "that" that is not of ourselves. You can't separate out any piece of it; it's all of it together. But because of that, the faith (along with the salvation and grace) is a gift. The non-Calvinist can't just drop the gift of faith out of the gift of salvation by grace through faith because grammatically Greek doesn't work that way. All three are the gift.


Your tags seem to reference James White's Radio Free Geneva. Well, White certainly takes this view. See his responses to Mike Winger (a non-Calvinist), where he approves of Winger's exegesis of the verse and then pushes him to be consistent with it.
