Calvinists love to talk about God's sovereignty, but do they define sovereignty correctly? Calvinists typically choose to define sovereignty as meticulous determinism, i.e. that God controls and/or brings about everything that happens...including all evil.

Keep up the great work, Leighton! Calvinism is all about Calvinism! In other words, in Calvinism is true, then God just wrote a novel and we are helpless to do anything other than act out our given part, in which case, there is no free will, and Love can not exist, because Love is a choice.

I've never thought calvinism had a truly high view of God, regardless of what they claim. It's truly a low view and a very low view of His character.

I am not a Calvinist…didn’t even know what that meant…however I am a homeschool mom. I watch homeschool moms on YouTube…that recommend curriculum…they are beautiful ladies…they started mentioning different aspects of reformed and mentioning if the curriculum would work…it became frustrating so I started searching on what Calvinism is…it broke my heart to see the kinds of things they were being taught. I realized the real damage when one of these mom’s had a stroke…and she kept saying if God chooses her children…such a heart breaking thing for her to be burdened with.

Sovereign = right to rule. It doesn't comment whatsoever about how the sovereign one chooses to rule. Delegation is on the table for any sovereign.

I would never know what, "meticulous" sovereignty truly means just by hearing the term. It would sound suspect to me just because I've never come across the word in the Bible or Bible studies but I wouldn't necessarily connect it with the false gospel of Calvinism.
