Welcome to my channel! I'm Lauren! Plus Size Mom of 2, who naturally lost 80lbs with diet and exercise, using Weight Watchers. I'm relaunching my Weight Loss Journey 2024 to get back to my pre pregnancy weight, as well as continue on my journey of becoming an overall healthier mom! Chicken Taco Soup - 1pt per serving WW PLAN

Recipe
1.5 lb raw chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
4 cups chicken broth
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
1 small can mild green chilis
Season with taco seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
* Combine all ingredients in a crockpot (6-8qt capacity), and cook on LOW 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and return to pot. Serve with shredded cheese, and plain non-fat greek yogurt (or sour cream). Toppings not included in points!

Hey friends! I vlogged my whole first day on my new Health Plan. You got this girl! I did WW last year and lost 85 lbs. This year, I'm just tracking calories in fitbit. I learned a lot from WW, but the bottom line is that no matter what diet a person follows, it's calories in and calories out a person needs to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. My goal this year is a 50 lb weight loss and some strength training.

Go girl! It's so sweet when you finally lose that unwanted weight. I lost 109 pounds (half the weight of a refrigerator) in less than 4 months and have kept it off since then. Just like every woman struggling with weight loss now, I yoyoed for years - staying on track for a month or 2, losing a few lbs in the process before falling off. I have my trampoline on order (thanks for the sale tip the other day!!🎉) but I found a lady on YouTube her channel is Michelle Briehler. She has a 14 day beginner program for free on her channel. I watched the tips for beginners and then the Day 1. It looks so fun and I love her music style and she keeps feet down on trampoline for the course. No kicking etc. So that is good to start. Plus, she has intermediate and then advanced workouts programs too. Just in case you wanted to try her out. Thanks again for letting us know about the sale the other day!!!

I love your videos. When you don't feel like you can conquer the weight loss, you can. It's tough.
I'm back in the fight to lose about 80-90 lbs.
I don't expect to lose that all this year, but it would be nice if so.
