I can't eat at all. I have 2 bites and I am full. I drink a lot of water though and it makes me feel really full so I started juicing fresh leafy greens and veggies. It really helps to nourish my body.

I don’t count calories as my appetite is small. I focus on 50 carbs or less, 150 grams of protein.
Keeping my workouts focused on strength training. Have had no side affects and going up to my 3rd dose next week. Weight is coming off slowly. I’m 69 and have 30 pounds I want to drop.
Good luck to all who are on this journey. Watch those carbs!

Someone mentioned that all the food listed was processed. And they are correct except the chicken; HOWEVER, I’d like to point out her effort. This young lady is making small changes in her life. Kudos to her for trying and doing what she knows. My sister went from almost 300lbs down to 176lbs so far on semaglutide. She used to eat a lot of processed food and sweets. Throughout her weightloss journey she attempted many types of meals. Most of them were still processed because that was what she knew to cook and eat. She’s learned to eat and appreciate whole foods (the caliber of food, NOT the store, lol). She is learning how to better nourish her body in a sustainable way. Even though this young lady in the video showed processed food option, she spoke to a very important audience showing them that they don’t necessarily need to go directly to abstinence on the food they love and are used to eating. They can still lose weight. Hopefully, eventually she will graduate into whole foods and share new recepies as she travels on her weightloss journey. Process foods are bad but I like her options as a transition into weightloss and lifestyle changes.

I'm on tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and I have T2D, so my eating is different than yours. I have a very hard time getting *enough* calories every day, coming in around 1150-1250 kcal per day. But, like you, I do count them and try to get enough protein every day using protein shakes and whey isolate. You look fabulous in your swimsuits. How happy you should be! Good going. Stick with it. It's worth the effort!

I had to do Ozempic for my diabetes. I was deathly ill at first. I never thought a person would think nausea could kill you. The bliat and constipation had me bedridden. I was on .25 for 2.5 Mos. I've eventually got up to .5mg. My blood sugar was all over the place. This is why I decided to keep up the injections. It helped diabetes tremendously. As far as weight loss it's been slow maybe 10lbs so far. Not an issue even though overweight I knew my organs were taking a beating from the high sugar. I don't eat much due to the nausea and side effects but mu body is strongly attached to its adipose tissue. I'm insulin dependent even though it's not juvenile diabetes. So I will probably be on .5mg for a wrong while

I have been on 0.25 for 4 weeks. Today, I increased my ozempic to 0.5. It was working ok with suppressing my appetite. On 0.25 in 4 weeks I lost 8 lbs. As a type 2 diabetic my sugars are now starting to regulate a little better. I find the first two days following the injection I feel shitty, usually with an upset stomach. Following thise days I feel better and my hunger that use to be a 10/10 I'd now 3/10. Fingers crossed so far so good.

My wegovy diet will be soft boiled eggs whites, sourdough toast with olive oil, asparagus carrots, Berries. Almonds. Cod, rice 2tbspns/snow peas. Greens - lots of them. Now that I won’t have to deal with hunger 24/7

Thank you for this video. I am on day 11 of the shots and I have been trying to stick to a keto type diet. I feel sick all the time, and I am finding myself not eating much at all. I try to get in the protein and the fat. The first week I lost 11 pounds. Now I have been at the exact same weight for days. Like no matter what my body doesn't want to let go of another ounce. I have about 40-50 more pounds to go. I have been really active daily around the house deep cleaning and decluttering, but I have to take many breaks because I feel so sick. Also I am not walking for anything because I do feel so sick. I keep hoping this will get better. I know I am just starting. However, I do appreciate your video because I always struggle, even before the shots, on what to eat.

Hi there, I've just started Ozempic for T2 Diabetes. I have had the 4 .25 shots and 2 .5 shots. I decided to watch all of your videos before my first shot, because you are so down to earth about it. Probably the one thing we have in common is our height, I am about 4ft 10 inches (148cm) and I weigh about 110 pounds (51kg) so I am a little bit overweight). I haven't really had much in the way of side effects, tiny bit of diarrhea, tiny bit of vomiting and very minor cramping, I came to the conclusion that these side effects happen because you are trying to put more food in before having evacuated the prior food, I enjoyed watching your videos, I hope that the Ozempic will work well for me, the other drugs I have been taking diabetes are not at all pleasent to have to take, side effects horrendous. I live ikn Australia and am about 30 years older than you. I look forward to a reply from you, and hope your ongoing endeavours prove successful for you.

Oh I make crepes with lots of eggs and very little Organic Bobs Red Mill Unbleached flour and use them as wraps. Very little carbs and very delicious.
You can stuff them sweet, or savory and I make my own jelly from blueberries or other berries. Just organic sugar (never the white one, only use the sugar that is caramel or yellowish color the white sugar is the horrible one) and berries. Cook for an hour, pour really hot into jelly jars and finger close, not hard. It will seal while it cools, you will hear popping, that means it sealed... and you can store on the shelf until you open. If I want savory I put some shredded ham, read european cheese, not that cheese food from grocery stores, some lettuce or arugula some home made mayo and roll it up, you can even stuff it with burrito kind of things just not carbs.
SO delish.

First week on wegovy, will take second injection tomorrow evening. No real appetite the first 5 days, but it seems to have increased a bit today. I don’t crave any junk. It is weird. I am on .25. I am down 3.5 lbs this week.
