I used to be fit, til I had pinched nerve and neck pain. Fortunately, I watched your videos and applied them. Now I have fully recovered. No more pain. And I applied your other videos to prevent new problems like back pain. You are a real life saviour Dr Mandell! Thanks

Great video. I Hope you continue to make more like these. I am currently coming out of a bad spine injury i had while performing a heavy set of deadlifts. I have a bulge of the c4-c5 and L5-S1 disc indenting on the ventral thecal sac. I am undergoing physiotherapy treatment for the next week to help recovery. Post that could you recommend a few exercises i can do to strengthen the back and prevent this sort of injury in the future. Thanks in advance.

I have recently started to feel numbing down my arm (especially when I turn to the left) and under-should-blade pain due to a newly diagnosed cervical herniation with spur and tendon calcification. I also get headaches at night. Thank you for saving me at least one copay with my current chiropractor who told me of only one of these exercises and without as much enthusiasm. I subscribed to your channel and appreciate your offering these gratis.

Like always thanks for the video. In class sometimes when tension build up and I lose posture I will push my self back into the chair more and sometimes hold my neck up with my arms. When I do stretch, I just move whatever is tight or stiff. I really don't do any specific stretches.

Very good exercises. Specially the head-neck stretching. Posture changes along with stretching exercises are basic for a healthy workday. Ergonomic furniture is a must, too. In NYC, trust Humanscale Furniture to look for the best equipment: standing desks, task chairs, wire management, among others.

Hi, for working in an office do you recommend a chair head rest for neck pain?

Hi. Dr. Mandell. I tried the 2nd stretching exercise and had a tingling feeling running down from elbow to fingers. Should I continue? I've had this tingling and numbness in left hand for nearly 3 months. My Doc doesn't seem to care. He listens with no explanation given and prescribes pain killers. My stomach became a Pharmacy. Thanks for your advice. Hugs
