After 4 months i'm proud to say now this is my warm-up 👊🙆‍♂️

y`all thank you so much for all your messages, they motivate me to workout when i`m lazy lol
after almost a year since i started, i`m in the best physical condition i`ve ever been :)

Great ab workout, I love that there is no talking, but I would say it would be helpful just to add bells when each one is done and starting. That way you dont have to keep checking. Thank you, great ab workout to add to any other video, thanks!

Who else trying to come out of quarantine with some abs?😂

Day 1: Doing this twice a day everyday (if I can)
Day 2: muscles hurt so much from yesterday but im continuing
Day 3: My lower abdomen is killing me and I almost gave up halfway through the exercise but I'm persevering and and I'm beginning to see small differences
Day 4: pain In abdomen is slowly subsiding for an odd reason wonder why
Day 5: pain seemed to move from the abdomen to my thighs, the leg lifts and scissors kill them still continuing
Day 6: no visible difference continuing to run this exercise twice a day
Day 7!: first week I slacked a bit I only did it once today but when I wake up I'm back on the ball
Day 8: Workout is becoming easier still no VISIBLE difference tho
Day 9: Stomach is looking tighter when standing upright
Day 10: No visible differences
Day 15: when I flex, a four pack Is visible

YALLL I HAVE ABS AFTER 3 months of doing this and my core is hard as rock ✨😎 keep going you got this, I did this to be healthy.and for not just to look it. You do you boo and take rests when you need them!!

Day 1: I tried my best but ya girl took a lot of breaks
Day 2: sore took some breaks
Day 3: took a lil break, sore as well i can see a lil improvement
Day 4: took a few breaks but im improving, starting tomorrow I’m gonna do it twice a day
Day 5: improving very well did it this morning now night time
Day 6: didn’t do it cause I had to take care of my aunt
Day 7: did it I have improved even better
Day 8: i can do with out struggling anymore and i see some results
Day 9: did it this morning
Day 10: not doing it today (rest day)
Day 11: did it
Day 14: did it
Day 15: not doing it since it’s Christmas

I’ve been using this for a finisher after almost every workout I do for the past 2 weeks. I work out 5-6 times a week but neglect my abs. Im proud to say that this work out is now easy for me and I hit more reps every time 🤪

This has easily become my favorite finisher for every day that’s not ab heavy! It’s quick and extremely effective.
