Started doing your 10-minute mobility mornings about 18 months ago after hurting my knees in a bike accident. Proud to say I can deep squat without my knees screaming.

Been using your videos as a warm-up for cslisthenics and now for my jogging.

Thanks for helping this 52-year-old man feel a bit more mobile.
