I always have a panic attack when I run, but it’s because my heart rate is high and my brain thinks it’s a panic attack. I can run decently well but I don’t know how to breath that well and I always am tired after I run for a little bit. Im only slightly overweight so idk what’s up with me

when i run alone i do great but running with other ppl gives me so much anxiety and since i’m on a team i can tell when my performance is lacking
