Rivers can literally wash you worries and stress away, just the sound of the running water is one of the most relaxing sounds. Focusing on the sound and feeling the running water gently passing you feet while you move your body to the flow of the stream can open you body and mind to a very calm and relaxed mindstate. Maybe some of you won't understand the point of the person in this video, but I hope you can understand the feeling of being there in that moment, I hope you can focus on that and imagine the beauty of that moment.
