Dr berry my 77 yr old mother has went full carnivore with me now for 30 days. She’s painless, statin free, blood pressure medicine gone . I’m 52 and have never felt better ! Thank you for what you are doing

Since cutting these things out of my diet 8 months ago, my chronic lower back pain has disappeared completely. I used to think it was 'normal' at my age to have back pain. It's not! It's the food!

For me it was more about getting rid of oxalates than sugar. I eventually added some seasonal fruits back in, sparingly.

Full recovery from pain. Could not sit or stand for more than a few minutes. Dreaded having to bend over to feed my cats. Shooting pain in my thigh, could no longer get into the car

I have been astonished since starting this diet. I have begun to wake up 100% free from pain. I am not having any luck adding back foods like cheese or chocolate. But, I now know two triggers of migraines. Finding out what hurts helps inspire me to stay with this new way of eating.

It's taken me eight months and I've only lost about 10 pounds but my blood glucose has finally started coming down. Eight months ago my average was just under 200 and after starting the Phd dropped to 165 then stopped. Six weeks ago I stopped taking Ozempic and according to my cgm my average sugar dropped 20 points. A couple of days ago it started dropping more and right now my cgm is reading an unbelievable 81 with an average of 126. I still need to lose weight and get off Januvia but I'm happier than a pig in the mud.

When I went on a keto diet I lost a lot of weight fairly quickly. Of course that reduced my pain level. Inflammation was reduced. I had been an insulin dependent diabetic for over ten years and was able to go off the insulin after a month of the keto diet. I did not mess around with it. When you follow it strictly it works. I have heard people say that keto did not work for them but there is a lot of bad info on keto out there. I was very strict about it.
Now I do low carb. I avoid all processed foods. No sugary fruits, no processed sugar. I do use stevia but cannot use the sugar alcohols. It’s great if you can use them because they taste better but they bother my stomach; giving me bad stomach spasms.
The human body is not supposed to handle as many carbs as Americans consume. If you think about it only in the past 100 to 200 years have people begun to even consume the foods that we have today and only since transportation and refrigeration has improved so much have we had so much fruit and other sugary foods available.

Thought I had it licked until I got a relatively corn/soy free winter feed for my hens and also got some "organic corn free pork") in early spring. THEN THE PAIN STARTED not just joints but bone pains, crippling me. Looked at the chicken feed. Sunflower seed oil. Looked deeper into the pork. Not only were these pigs fed squash and pumpkin but also sunflower seed meal. (The yellow veggies tend to cross over into eggs and meat like corn and soy do and yellow veggies were the FIRST things I eliminated years ago when the pains started, squashes and nightshades...) I gave away the pork. Really liked that bacon...
So Make sure you remember sunflower seed oil when you're reading labels.

🎉 80% of over 20 years of severe fibromyalgia pain stopped just days into the carnivore. However, been on it for 6 months and still no real weight loss. I do not even eat much but what I do is carnivore. Still no weight loss. 😢 I have a narcolepsy diagnosis where it is said a narc can eat 1/3 of what a normal healthy person consumes and still GAIN weight. 😮 I was down to drinking two cups of tea in the morning, a plain avocado 🥑 or hard boiled egg for lunch and apple 🍎 for dinner. Did it for nearly a year. Still no weight loss. Nearly died of iron deficiency. So Carnivore lifestyle is better for me. Less pain, more energy, iron anemia improvement....it was Ferritin at 5 and Hemoglobin 5 (I was told it was a miracle that I was alive and that I must take blood and then iron I. I refused blood transfusions - my doc quite my case for my refusal ). Carnivore got my FE and Hemoglobin values up to 13 within months what would take years. Still no weight loss. I do organic eggs cooked in ghee for breakfast or late brunch, then steak 🥩 or beef hamburger. Try to do intermittent fasting but might be too much strain on system. Tea of nettles or water. Absolute no sugar, bad oils for years. Grateful for any tips.

Depends on what your WHY is. I do not have an addiction to food or sugar, but I’m dealing with an auto immune condition. I can easily consume a little sugar in my tea in the morning and not have sugar the rest of the day.

I eat a lot of protein, and almost nothing else at the moment, and I am seeing relief. If you have an addiction, or you need to go into ketosis then absolutely you need to do all three of the things suggested!!! ♥️
