If you want to get fat and sick, here are 15 things you should do. (Dont Do this)
Eat a ton of ultra processed food that lack nutrients
Then take supplements with additives that wreck your digestive system
Try to avoid the sun and stay indoors as much a possible
Also stay up really late every night
And then also expose yourself to a lot of artificial blue light at night too
Then you should replace butter with seed oils
Also eat a ton of food that's sprayed with pesticides
Drink alcohol daily
And go vegan
Then you should try to eat a much fortified iron containing foods as much as possible
Drink tap water or bottle water instead of filtered water
Take fish oil
Drink plant based milks
Eat a lot of restaurant food
And then sit as much as you possibly can

You are so right, I was doing that, and I got really sick..now I am starting to go back to what I used to eat...I start feeling better.

Tap water depends on where you live, if you love somewhere like northern europe tap water is extremely clean and is cleaned with a different process

Fish oil?

I know that most of them out there are terrible terrible, because it is such a fragile oil and hard to process.

But the best, I believe, are basic to and spectacular for health !!

But jokes aside, having vegetables doesn't mean you are having chemicals. If you wash your veggies thoroughly in lukewarm water, it can help a lot. 😊😊

I did not understand that he said "supplements that wreck your digestive sytem." Which supplements does he is talking about and does this contain fitness supplements ? Also he said fish oils are bad too and I did not understand that as well.

When you say these things really think about everyone. I have 2 doctors who have told me to take fish oil for an autoimmune condition. And also if you watch other dieticians like Abby Sharp which I highly recommend, she auctually doesn’t have all these food rules. All anyone really needs to maintain a healthy weight is making sure to include enough fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in their diet. And if someone is trying to lose weight as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will be fine. I am tired of all of this fear mongering of certain sources of food. Thats what causes eating disorders.

I agree with most of these, but plant based milk isn’t an option for some people because they can’t drink milk

Best thing i ever did was switch to a whole food diet, quit smoking and drinking and a half hour - an hour of exercise everyday. Also getting as much vitamin d as possible.

And what about people that work really late/graveyard shift? I don't get off work till 2:30AM and end up sleeping around 4-5. And if someone says "find a new job" then what about first responders and hospitals? Do we not want people to call during possibly the worst moment of our lives? Its the amount of sleep you get that really matters. Combined with everything else

Staying inside and avoiding the sun won’t make you fat but go on. Actually it’s better to avoid direct sunlight down the line especially for you and me or (fair skinned people) for the risks of melanoma squamous cell carcinoma or basal cell

What's wrong with fish oil? I take it here and there for the omega 3 fatty acids since I don't eat a lot of fish, and omega 3 fatty acids are good for brain and hearth health.

What's the problem with fish oil? I get 3000mg of Cod Liver Oil everyday (with 240mg of EPA and 270mg of DHA)
