Your channel is growing Conor!!! Congrats, you are one of the most articulate biomechanics educators I’ve ever listened to..thank you so much!

I can’t believe this is free. I really value this. I’ll get the beginner biomechanics course next. And then I’ll recommend this to anyone with pain.

I have watched your channel for a long time and this one exercise really worked more than all the other great stuff you put out. Years of back pain from a twisted pelvis and bulge at L4 L5 relieved for the first time. You’re golden.

Not gonna lie, I watched several of your videos, and while you sound like a guy who knows what he's talking about, I never felt motivated to actually try the exercises you suggest because they don't "look" effective compared to other exercises I've seen. But now watching this video, and understanding the purpose and reason behind the approach you propose, I feel more inclined to give these exercises a shot.

I tried this exercise, and I felt my right glutes fire up and got immediate relief in my right shoulder and neck area.

Wow thank you so much for this, just discovered your channel yesterday and can tell that what you've described is exactly what I've experienced. Chasing symptoms or whack a mole with neck/back/shoulder issues that fling around. Looked down at my right foot and the arch is completly collapsed. After reading the comments on some of your videos I don't think im exagerating when I say THANK YOU. This pain has consumed me for years and for the first time I finally feel educated about my problem further than "yeah you have kyphosis" and given techniques that are explained thuroughly... How have I seen 4 physical therapist and not one has ever mentioned diaphram air flow and ab contraction and how that's related. the industry needs a lot of work but thank you!

Wow I thought it was just my mind, esp. when tired that I’m frequently thinking my left foot is supported with a bigger area and right foot mostly on my knee…always thought I had different sized legs or sole consequence of right hip impingement, looking forward for the course, huge thank you!

unrelated to this video but I wanted to thank you for pointing out the importance of breathing.
my bad posture was literally suffocating me, causing me to be more irritable and anxious (slowly choking yourself is not good for mental health it seems).
once my brain got used to proper deeper breathing i no longer had to consciously focus on keeping an upright posture now that my brain wants to keep being able to breathe this way.

Superb explanations. Sometimes, it's easy to feel like these types of exercises are a bit boring or not (immediately) working as we are used to "sexier" exercises like those found in the weight training and cardio categories where exercises provide immediate biological feedback (increased heart rate, muscle "pump"). I think understanding the rationale behind the exercise selection approach here is invaluable to increase patient buy-in and ensure consistent effort is put in to eventually achieve results that stick. Thanks for the content as always!

I finally think I get it. Thanks so much. Feel results from this simple position after the first set of reps.

I believe I’m the opposite of most in ur example, my right hip is more externally rotated, so it felt easier to lean on my left heal. I believe there was a difference after holding the exercise for breaths too and retesting the leaning on heals queue.

Excellent! Conor healed my left AIC almost immediately. Why didn't I think of that?

Hey man, been learning a ton from your channel — where are you based? Would love to work with you IRL, or if you have anyone you can recommend in Portland that’d be amazing. 🙏🏽

Conor when standing on the book with our left heel, do we consciously shift our right hip forward? or would that mess up the trunk rotation doing that?
